Los Coqueros de Tuxpan es un equipo de béisbol que compite en la Liga de Béisbol del Noroeste de México con sede en Tuxpan, Nayarit,México.

Historia

Los Coqueros de Tuxpan es un equipo sucursal del equipo de la Liga Mexicana de Béisbol Vaqueros Laguna. 


Tiene su sede en la ciudad de Tuxpan en el estado de Nayarit.


Su parque es el Estadio "Lorenzo López Ibáñez".

Adrián González gana su cuarto Guante de Oro en Ligas Mayores

Nueva York, 4 Nov (Notimex).- El primera base mexicano de los Dodgers de Los Ángeles, Adrián González, recibirá por cuarta ocasión en su carrera el Guante de Oro de las Ligas Mayores de Beisbol, al ser considerado el mejor en su posición durante la campaña de este año.

En tanto que el catcher puertorriqueño Yadier Molina, de los Cardenales de San Luis, ganó su séptimo galardón de este tipo, con lo que empató a Bob Boone, de Filadelfia, en la lista con más premios para la posición de receptor

En esta ocasión, Orioles de Baltimore y Reales de Kansas City fueron los equipos que acapararon las designaciones al obtener tres ganadores cada uno.

Los elementos que recibieron este reconocimiento por su labor a la defensiva a lo largo de la temporada que recién concluyó fueron por la escuadra de los Reales el receptor venezolano Salvador Pérez, quien gana por segunda vez; el primera base Eric Hosmer que lo recibe por segunda ocasión y el jardinero izquierdo Alex Gordon quien lo gana por cuarta vez.

Por los Orioles, quienes recibieron esta distinción fueron el parador en corto J.J. Hardy, quien por tercera vez recibe este premio; el jardinero central Adam Jones, que se lo adjudica por cuarta vez; y el jardinero derecho Nick Markakis, quien lo recibe por segunda vez en su carrera.

La relación de ganadores del Guante de Oro en la Liga Americana la completa el segunda base de Medias Rojas de Boston Dustin Pedroia, que recibe este premio por cuarta vez; el tercera base de los Marineros de Seattle, Kyle Seager, quien lo recibe por primera vez en su carrera y el pitcher de Astros de Houston, Dcallas Kuchel, quien también recibe este premio por primera vez.

Por la Liga Nacional, quienes recibieron el premio por primera vez en su carrera son el segunda base de los Rockies de Colorado, DJ LeMahieu; y el jardinero izquierdo de Marlines de Florida, Christian Yelich.

También ganan por primera ocasión este reconocimiento en el Viejo Circuito, el guardabosque central dominicano de los Mets de Nueva York, Juan Lagares y el jardinero derecho de Bravos de Atlanta, Jason Heyward y el pitcher de Dodgers de los Ángeles Zack Greinke.

En cuanto al resto de los galardonados los triunfadores fueron el receptor puertorriqueño de Cardenales de San Luis, Yadier Molina, quien lo obtiene por séptima vez en su trayectoria en la Gran Carpa; el antesalista de los Rockies de Colorado, Nolan Arenado, quien lo recibe por segunda vez en su carrera y el parador en corto de Bravos de Atlanta, Andrelton Simmons, quien gana por segunda vez.

Gigantes adelantan a la Serie Mundial.


Travis Ishikawa conectó un jonrón de tres carreras en la parte baja de la novena entrada para que los Gigantes de San Francisco avanzaran a la Serie Mundial, al vencer el jueves 6-3 a los Cardenales de San Luis.


Estos Gigantes, que parecen adquirir poderes mágicos en los años pares, se apoderaron de la Serie de Campeonato de la Liga Nacional en el quinto juego, y se medirán en el Clásico de Otoño a los Reales de Kansas City. 


Será un duelo entre clubes que se colaron a la postemporada con el boleto de comodín. La Serie Mundial comienza el martes por la noche en Kansas City.
